The food we eat nowadays is full of man made chemicals and is causing so many problems. There is very little we eat that is not 100% natural, some eggs have colouring induced via the chicken feed due to the stress the chickens suffer, this is also transferred to the chicken meat also. Vegetables also have picked up things from the soil ie from fertilisers and soil conditioners.
Organic is probably the best road to travel, I know from my own experience when I am shopping cost is a high concern, but I look at this way, buying wholesome food is an insurance policy giving you extra days of health and longevity and surely worth paying for.

I would like to see the health service and complementary therapies walk hand in hand as I think both would benefit, but in general we work on the after effects of a disease.
By having regular checks with a complementary health practitioner a lot of problems would be addressed prior to the problem taking hold.
These problems could be muscular, skeletal or internal organ problems.
Skeletal and muscular problems can cause organ problems, if the pelvis is tilted it can an array of problems, it squashes the lower organs and thus can cause reproductive, urinary or colon problems. This then can push the rest of the organs up and eventually cause breathing problems by restricting movement of the diaphragm.
